During my B.A. degree at university, my work progressed from pretty landscapes to industrial landscapes. I broke away from taking romantic landscapes and used my camera as an instrument to record the surrounding environment in which we live, exploring issues such as the standard of living, industry and pollution. Gradually, I progressed to concept photography and used this to put messages across, letting my work speak for itself ....... Galleries 1 and 2 are from a series of 22 images, which when put together, create a story. Issues and topics raised include pollution, renewable energies and standards of living.
